  • The primary focus of this project was to redesign the Login, Home, and FAQ pages of a hospital's mobile portal with the aim of enhancing its usability and reducing user confusion while navigating it

    Boston Hospital Mobile Portal Redesign

    Improved the usability of the hospital's mobile portal. Usability tests and stakeholder interviews were conducted to validate the design, resulting in a more user-friendly mobile portal that reduced the customer services team's workload.

  • Hiking Biji App Redesign

    The redesign focused on simplifying the app's features and improving its search and route functions.

  • TORA Café Online Service Design

    Improved the sales and work efficiency of an online dessert shop with content adjustments and digital tools.

    Aimed to improve the user experience of Massachusetts courthouses by understanding the current wayfinding design system through observations, interviews, and shadowing.
